He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work. We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately! We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working.
