"Overall, experience was great. The technician's completed the work within the projected timeframe. However, I have a couple of suggestions regarding the overall look of the place. The waiting area needs to be cleaned... The rug in the waiting room is filthy and dirty, it needs to be cleaned or thrown away. The floors need to be mopped.... I don't think these floors have been mopped in a very long while. Other than, I'm happy with the service I received. Thank you."

"we had a great guy at the beginning who told us we should maybe just buy a new phone instead of having them replace the screen since it'd be so expensive(only reason it's not 1 star) but we tried anyway. After 5 hours (they said 3-4) they told us that they successfully replaced the screen but WERE NOT ALLOWED to give us back the phone because the camera wasn't working??? apparently they have a deal with Samsung preventing them from only partially fixing it!! (go third party) - they then said they wouldn't be able to give it back to us till tomorrow because it'd take them a bunch of time to swap the screen back, but when we pitched a fit it SUDDENLY only took 20 MINUTES to swap out the screen instead of 5 HOURS. would NOT recommend."

"First time going and the guys were courteous, pleasant and friendly as well. Will go again when or if something happens best experience ever They had my grandsons phone just a week expense was worth it compared to buying a new phone."
