"Took Oreck vacuum there 2 times and cost over $100.00. Each time it broke again. They told me to take to another service center or pay for another replacement fan that I had previously paid to get fixed. Stay away from this place they don’t stand behind there service and took my money. Oreck had them listed as a preferred service center but they will not call Oreck warranty, I feel like they took my $100 plus dollars and did not provide a service within their own warranty period. They even implied I was breaking it by vacuuming up nails. I really feel ripped off!!"
"I don’t know who helped the first couple of people that where so happy with the coustomer service. But I have been in this store several times as I grew up in Brighton, and the owner is a crotchety mean lady. Never ever are you treated like their happy to see you coming in. How she’s stayed open all these years is beyond me."
"Was told there was class teacher didn't show up but Cathy guided me through step by step she was very patient and courteous on my project would recommend them."
