I wanted to give Andre the technician that came to my house a five star for his enthusiasm, and honesty. He came across very personable and genuinely friendly. He is a good Ambassador of the ARS/Rescue Rooter brand."

"Scammed me into spending 49$ for them to come “tune up” my furnace. They did no cleaning or tuning it up like they had advertised. I had agreed to it when they called me because I told the scheduler that I do actually need it cleaned. They proceeded to schedule me knowing they weren’t actually going to do any cleaning for 49$. They just looked at it for 5 minutes and told me if I want it cleaned it will cost 750$ more. Will not use ARS ever again. Would rather give my money to a honest company. Avoid them at all costs if they call you and give you a special offer."

"I had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience with the ARS installer. I financed our new water heater and installation the day before the install. When it came time to wrap up the install, the installer did not believe that I had already paid for everything. They wouldn't leave without us making a payment since they couldn't get a hold of their contact at ARS. They ended up charging the entire bill to our bank account, leaving us thousands in the negative. It's now Saturday and we have no money. This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be fixed ASAP. I will not recommend this company and will openly talk about this experience to anyone who is in the market for a new water heater and install. There needs to be better communication within this company and trust with the customers they serve. I am very disappointed with how my husband and I were treated and not trusted."

"Nathan and an additional tech (sorry I forgot his name) came to work on my furnace today the two of them were incredibly professional and polite. They took their time explaining the issue to me and helped me understand my device options and the necessity. There was a little bit of discrepancy in the price compared to what other companies were charging, Nathan worked really hard to ensure I was getting a comparable price, which I appreciated. The two techs at my house today made my experience a positive one."
