"Benjamin answered my call and came out immediately. My issue was the emergency handle did nothing. The garage door remained shut having to manually lift it with a large amount of strength. I told him I wouldn't be home and that I gave him remote access to do the job. He replaced my springs as it was worn out and lost its tension. He did it quick he followed up with a video of the door operating much better allowing egress in an emergency when the emergency handle was pulled. Highly recommended will hire again."
