"Read through all the reviews and was very concerned like everyone else, however I got a call immediately after making an appointment through the Lowes warranty portal and they were very kind. They came first thing the next day(Today). They had a small area to work in and they got my dryer fixed within 35 mins. They were respectful of my house as I just got my walls painted white the week before and were fast and efficient. I know everyone’s experiences are different but they were good for us. For reference we had a whirlpool dryer-the regular white ones-it would start and it was a fuse that had blown."

"Terrible customer service! They will ask you to sign a waiver of liability and if you fill it out completely including areas where you need to indicate if there is any prior damage, Artemis will refuse to do any work. This was a second call. The first time Aurora Appliance Service came out they said the refrigerator was working fine and now all of the food has spoiled. If you need to work with someone because of a third party insurance company, you should request someone else."

"Zero stars wasn’t an option. If you’re looking to waste a BUNCH of your personal time (5 appts with 4-5 hour windows each), allow incompetent people to work on your appliances and have the patience to put up with extremely poor customer service…this is your company. Unfortunately, I didn’t have an option because my home warranty company contracted with them. Apparently, they don’t like being told they suck at what they do nor am I sorry I told them so. Jan 2nd to today and still didn’t fix the issue, but caused additional ones. Company registered to an apartment in Aurora and has terrible reviews. Can’t send a qualified technician because “he’s the only one that works on Whirlpool.” You’ve been informed, select this company with extreme caution!!!"

"This place is absolutely terrible and crooked. They were contracted with our home warranty company to come out and look at our oven that wasn’t working. Then put in their report that we had messed with the unit and said screws were missing so our insurance company wouldn’t fix it because they said it’s in their policy that if we touch anything our warranty is voided. It’s collusion between these two companies, these contractors know exactly what to put in the reports so that the insurance companies won’t insure. We never messed with the unit and this has been a giant waste of our time and money. Do not use this place"

"Zero stars more like it...call AHS in February to fix my ice maker they replaced the part it's now almost July ice maker is slower than it was before they came out to "fix it." Just had them come out today told me its slow water pressure I asked him how will he fix it he said he can't because he doesn't have the tools for it! Made me sign the paperwork...It's still not fixed then as a gift he left a nasty dirt mess on my floor....I am a neat freak and this was beyond rude to me...even my husband who is in the construction field would never leave a mess...it's call housekeeping. I never want them in my home again."
