"My daughter locked herself out of the house. When I called to ask rates it was $19.95 to show up and $49.00 dollars for the lock. When the service person showed up he came in an unmarked car. He proceeded to say it would be $400 dollars to repair the lock. He could ask his manager if he could offer cheaper. My daughter was smart enough to fiquire out this was a fraud and sent the guy on his way. Really bad!"
