"This is the second time we have used AireServ in the last year and they are always quick to respond and schedule as soon as they are available. We scheduled what we thought would be a routine dryer vent cleaning, however due to the way our building was built, it was a much more difficult operation. Not to mention, the previous owners must not have cleaned it for years so there was a ton of build up. Joe and Brett were incredibly kind, accommodating, and diligent throughout the process. They spent almost their full day ensuring it was done right. They even called for backup/other equipment. After all this, they still honored the price we were quoted prior to the issues.
