"Go somewhere else. They lie about their discount not expiring. They offer a 5% discount after six visits--just enter your phone number on the touchscreen by the register. When you accomplish the visits you are sent a message saying you qualify for the discount and that the discount NEVER EXPIRES. Says that right in the message. On Tuesday, March 12, I went in to make a purchase and redeem my discount received in February. The counter person refused to give me the discount because I didn't redeem it sooner. Pointing out that the message said the discount doesn't expire had no effect. Hey! The discount would have been about 70 cents, so no big deal, but their refusing to honor their discount made me realize that there are several other liquor stores in the area. It seems they were quite willing to lose a good and frequent customer (me!) over a dispute about less than a dollar, and their statement that the discount "never expires" is somewhere between misleading and an outright lie. I don't do business with people who engage in such petty dishonesty."

Instead of apologizing and offering to comp me the difference (upgrade to 10yr Port), they would rather not have my business. I would assume that I’m a good customer and would have earned this kind of service. Nope! That will be the last time I order from here."
