"DESERVES ZERO STARS: After two grueling years here, I can say…This place is a joke! The management act spitefully when you ask them to address anything, especially those matters that regard peaceful enjoyment or ensuring safety. Management will also use “routine maintenance” as a means to come into your personal space just to be invasive. Neighbors have kids they don’t tend to and just let run amuck at all hours. And being that this is incorporated Aurora…have fun getting a police officer to respond. Maintenance will take forever to do the simplest maintenance tasks. Dog feces everywhere. Nothing is ever operating, pool is always closed and the gym has more broken equipment then fixed. They rent apartments to specific people, and discriminate and keep the “better apartments” inaccessible to all. I would HIGHLY recommend getting an alarm system and NEVER have Amazon deliveries, porch pirates everywhere…OR just save the headache entirely and move elsewhere with better accommodations for the same price. And if you think they be honest and forthcoming during/after move out and that you're getting your deposit or any money your entitled to back, don't hold your breath! And always have a lawyer on stand by!"

"ZERO STARS for the worst apartment complex in Colorado!!! Let me start by saying I have lived here since about 2015-ish and have seen a lot of residents and office management team come and go, yet have always had respect for the residential company. Some Office crew have been phenomenal and other have had nothing but issues with residents. The office employees that were there just not to long ago (Kristi, Veronica, Yvonne, and Shawna" were all phenomenal and cared about making this community something to be proud of. However, the employees in there now are just so unprofessional its unbelievably and a not so great reflection on you (mission rock residential) . Savanna and Rosa are selfish, stuck up, bougie, and couldn't care enough to give the time of day. If they dont like you to begin with they will find a reason to, Anytime you need to speak with them, they look as though they just want you to shut up so they can go home...QUIT if it is that bad ; Not worth treating residents this way. They will find any way legal or illegal and try to evict you. Never mover here... There are plenty of other caring communities. Not to mention that Rosa has had major issues with this complex in specific... After, what I imagine a nice amount of complaints, moved to another property... and things were rocky for a bit but getting better. just as things were getting good Rosa returns and its like the flowers out front of the leasing office died and weathered away... To Mission Rock: It really is unfortunate the way you handle any escalations. I have reached out to Mellisa and tried to explain the situation but she seems to have other priorities take over while she tells you every blue moon "I am working on it still". Yep, took you just enough time to "work on it" as it did for the office to wait 60 days to serve me a eviction notice, after they intentionally messed up my rental assistance so they could serve me a summons and lie to the courts as to some of the paperwork. Best company ever... Not."
