"Been at these apartments for almost 2 years and honestly recommend these apartments to anyone who’s looking fot a place to live long term, or short. Its a good family setting and a place anyone can make a home. The property manager Lucy is an AMAZING property manager very informative, and helpful with anything you need or want!!!! 10/10❤️"

"Definitely not the nicest apartments on the outside, but the units are pretty nice looking and have all new appliances! I just moved in and Clover was the one to give me a tour, help me through the application and leasing process, and get me all set up in my new home! She was very helpful with anything I needed and any questions I had. She also made me feel very comfortable and at home here. She’s a gem! I also happened to see someone ask for maintenance help and they were on top of it and working on the problem only a few minutes later. I’ve met multiple people on the staff team and they were all so friendly and helpful. I also received a goodie bag after signing me leaving that included some small essentials and a cute hand written card to welcome us here! Update: the staff there were very nice and welcoming but I broke my lease after 2 months of living there. As soon as we got settled in (about 1 week after my move in date) we started to see bed bug and cockroaches coming from under the bath tub and baseboards. I have never in my life had bed bugs till these apartments. I right away contacted the office the minute I saw the first bedbug and cockroach and they put me on a pest control. They told us pest control would be by once a week for 6-8 weeks then we’d have to pay out of pocket after that. The pest control company came by my apartment 3 times then didn’t stop by for over a month before I called it quits and decided to leave. The roaches weren’t as bad, I saw a total of three roaches the whole time I lived there. Mind you I was on the third floor and the guy below me still had carpet in his apartment. I definitely didn’t have a pleasant time living there. It never felt like home to me. So please be careful moving here."

"I am a current resident. Bed bugs, or mice, and or roaches in most every apt that I know people from. Not a nice place to live. Nice maintenance staff, that is always working. Water is shut off without notification at least twice a week. Ignored maintenance requests for half of the lease term, and when I talked to Robbin, she denies even talking to me, and says she didn't delete my maintenance requests, after telling me in person that she did, because she didn't know if it still needed done. Also the wall damage is from a roof leak, that leaked from the top floor, all the way down the bottom floor. I Will be leaving after my lease is done."
