"Overall we have enjoyed living here. Justin and Josh were always very helpful and Damion in maintenance. However, for the amount these apartments run for, the upkeep and cleanliness of indoor common areas (hallways, stair wells, and elevator) are poor. The elevator frequently has problems. The floors have gross stains that smell (photo attached) as the weather heats up. Stairwells and carpets are just as dirty throughout."
"The apartments are nice.but Be warned they have zero integrity when it comes to the move out process. I had the property professionally cleaned after move out and they still said there was garbage and other items they need to charge me for. I have pictures of the entire apartment and it was spotless. I wanted proof of why they charged me and I’m still waiting. In order to protect my credit and name I paid the bill of inflated charges do to their leverage.What away to end a 2 year relationship where I paid you over $50000. They are just being pigs."
