"Have been requesting minor repairs for months since the new management came in and nothing at all has been done. New manager is very rude. There used to be halloween parties and stuff for the kids was a very nice place to live under Andy's management. Nothing like that now. Also air conditioner has been broken for 3 years they refuse to repair it give all kinds of excuses it was 117 degrees in my upstairs yesterday kids rooms are unliveable don't rent here. New manager is a slum Lord."
"Much better recently with the new manager. The undesireables have left with the drugs & loud parties, and there are apartments available - properly maintained, fairly new and very clean! Great for families, seniors, disabled... Income based rent for 1,2 & 3 bedroom homes!"
