"5 me start by saying that I was needing a big box for this baby activity mat I bought at a gently used baby boutique shop called Once upon a Child. The post office sid not have a big enough.bix and the thing about it was.it was more flatthan anything and I just could not fold or vend it in half. So Kevin sold me the biggest box they had and cut it open and rigged the box so that it layed flat like the mat, otherwise leaving it orinnally as a big bulk box would cist me so much to send it at the post office costing me more than the $20 I spent for it. So if Kevin did this for me and went out of his way even when I did not even have a storage unit there - can your picture the excellent customer service he would give to all customers/clientele. WOW he is truly AMAZING. Thanks Steve from all my heart - you are the BOMB!!!"
