"I should have read the reviews before ordering. Estimated time was 37-47 minutes. It's been over 90 minutes, the store is not answering the phones. Online tracker shows they haven't started my order. At this point I don't think I'm getting my pizza. Don't order from here. Edit: Pizza showed up after a couple hours. Some of the slices didn't even have cheese on them. I just threw the pizza away. Also, there is no way to cancel your order when they don't pick up the phones."

"Been ordering Dominos for years but that ended tonight…Ordered 6 pizzas online at 5:59pm with the estimated delivery saying 20-30mins. After patiently waiting over an hour I called the store for an update and was told they are having a lot of issues and it is on its way. After another 30 minutes I called back again to figure out what’s going on only to be told it was “in route.” Waited another 30 minutes and called and was told they messed up one of the pizzas and it was going to leave the store in 2 minutes to be delivered and they will refund the order. After 20 minutes (now after 8:30pm) I called to see if our dinner would ever make it here, was told they haven’t even started our order!! So told them to cancel it! All we wanted was the truth haha **Update: at 8:50pm I was walking out the door to go pick up Black Jack and here comes the delivery driver with our 6 pizzas. I appreciate the dedication but it took 3 hours and we will be eating leftover pizza for weeks."

"Wow, disturbing experience here last night. After 2 hours waiting on our pizza and no success getting through on the phone, I went to the store. There was just 1 employee, a young lady, sobbing while still making pizza. I asked her what was wrong and if she needed help, but she just handed me my cold pizza and went back to work. Apparently Dominos is ok letting the orders rip in while woefully understaffed. I’m still working on a refund but have to talk with the GM who won’t be in until later in the day. Best to avoid this store if you can."

"Ordered 8/19 Incompetent staff. Missing simple ingredient Thought the pizza tasted bland….turned out there was no red sauce at all! Yall must be high. Please train your staff better."
