Jersey Mike's Subs

"Ordered take out today, walked in 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Bear in mind, not a soul was in this place besides the employees. The gal that greeted me as I walked in and asked for my order simply looks down in a cavalier way at the receipt and says “ oh let me get that started for you.” No apology, no ownership in any way shape or form. Her only response after informing her of her lack of usefulness was…… (no yelling or profanity was used) YOU DON’T HAVE TO COME BACK. (She had hurt feelings) I will not be back and anyone reading this should do the same. The “owner” doesn’t care either. There are pretty much duplicates of my complaint on here and the owner just replies with something stupid and generic like “we’re so sorry you had a bad experience, we strive for excellence in customer service at our establishment. We will work hard to improve.” I realize it’s hard to find good help, but i know of dogs that are more useful than your employees."

"My wife and I are new to the area. I’ve always liked Jersey Mike’s so I stopped into the Erie, CO location a few weeks back. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and treated me well. Today I stopped in again and they remembered me and welcomed me back. Thank you for making me feel like this has been my local joint for years. It means a lot. I’ll be a regular and if anyone in the area hasn’t been to this Jersey Mikes location before - give them a try! p.s. Go Blue! Go Lions! :)"

"We get JM at this location every Friday. Past two times, prepaid online order was 10-15 mins. late. Customers coming into the store and ordering in person received their orders and were out the door before mine was even started. I was told they’d make my sandwiches right away, but after ten minutes, they still hadn’t started them. I was told the back counter, where they used to make the online orders, was closed by management. The Lafayette CO location always offered excellent customer service, but the Erie location is closer to home. One more late pick up, and I will have to go back to the Lafayette location."

"I love Jersey Mike's and I was very happy to have one here in Erie but overall I've been pretty disappointed with this location. It doesn't feel like this one has caught on to the standard with their staff and management. My online orders are frequently wrong and also take much longer than expected (frequently 10 to 15 minutes past the quoted time sometimes up to 20!) Also this is a small store and easily gets crowded with people waiting for online orders mixed with people eating in and also trying to stand in line. Again, very disappointed with this new location, needs a bit of work to get up to Jersey Mike's standards."

"We love jersey mikes and we’re so excited to see it come to Erie. Sadly this store is always so far behind, so slow and never we’ll staffed. Everyone ends up waiting at least 30 min for a sandwich and they have one person working a line for way too many subs. They need to step up their service."
