"We moved July of 2023, but it was such a horrible experience we didn't post at the time. This was the review I wrote at the time, unedited, below this: Problems: 1. Movers didn't know they were packing until they arrived, later their boss admitted that we did order that and it was their fault. 2. The movers had to make due with the boxes that they did have, which barely (didn't) covered what we had. 3. They charged us $400 for packing materials. For a 1 bedroom apartment. After they told us they charge materials at "Walmart and U-Haul pricing". 4. The estimate was half the actual cost of the pack + move. 5. They tried to charge us overtime prices for the hour of travel that was supposed to be regularly billed. 6. Their lunch break was included in our bill, as actively charged time. 7. They didn't charge us for the right time, +1 hour. 8. Upon arrival they said anything over 8 hours is overtime rates, which are much more. 9. Our 1 bedroom apartment took 3 men 8 hours + travel time, + some overtime to move inside of Denver. 10. They charge a flat 19% """""fuel""""" surcharge to the ENTIRE price. Even though the distance they travel is set prior to the trip, AND they charge us hourly rate to travel. 11. They don't give a breakdown of the itemized receipt BEFORE charging, only after you pay, which if you request to see that will hold up the move and take even longer. 12. There was a whole inventory of items that they "couldn't take" because of liability or something, so we had to make an entire extra trip the day after to get it ourselves, in an Uber since we don't own a car. 13. Once we realized we were going to go into overtime we decided to try and help unpack from the vehicle to which they said that we can't because "it is a liability". So we had to just wait until they were done completely, even though we knew it'd be extra. 14. Upon looking at our emails, we noticed that once we confirmed the location we were moving to, they upped the hourly fee by $10. Our estimate was $1500-$2000, ended up being about $3250, for moving to another apartment within the city I would NEVER recommend this service to ANYONE. Every price is obfuscated, there are hidden fees, and the management aren't responsible. ---- This was the worst moving experience of our lives. Never again. Sign a contract before moving with them, get details upfront. I regret not doing so."

"Ralph and David showed up on time. They were respectful, professional, and fast. They wrestled my 8-foot, 500-pound wooden art piece up a flight of stairs, crushing Ralph’s finger in the process. Despite bleeding profusely and being in obvious pain, Ralph finished the job. I could not be more impressed. I highly recommend All My Sons."

"While I wish I could saw my moving experience was amazing and I am grateful for the assistance, there was some things that did make the experience sour. The thing that made me rather upset is that the company and estimators stated that we could keep things inside our dressers without issue, they would wrap and move them. However, this cause several of our drawers and drawer guides to split and break apart. And then the movers tell us, "Oh yeah, don't do that." So after following instructions from the company, it caused our furniture to break. The movers also seem to barely wrap/pack the furniture properly, as it left a lot of my furniture severely scratched and chipped. When moving in one of the dressers, they broke the knob on the door frame, which damaged the door frame and the dresser. I cannot replace them since they were antiques passed down to me by my family. Severely disappointing. I just hope that working with the claims company will prove this company does care about it's customers and not just for money."
