Domino's Pizza

"Ordered from this location a few times, disappointed every time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time considering it was snowing and I'm sure a lot of people were ordering pizzas that night. Second time, food arrived but wasn't hot. This last time, I ordered my pizza at 6:37pm, it went through quality check at 6:57....didn't leave the store until 7:42pm. So now my pizza has been sitting around getting cold. I watch my tracker and says my delivery person is 4 minutes out. 10 minutes go by and I call the store, says she is a few minutes away. Another 10 minutes go by and I call again, they tell me that their delivery person said she delivered it to "the correct address" really?! Because I have yet to receive that pizza...which is why I'm calling (go figure). So their solution was to make me a new one...but I'd have to go pick it up because their closing delivery person called out and he doesn't have any others for the night. So I ask to be refunded, but I have to call back in the morning when the store manager is there. I definitely do NOT recommend this location. I can't even change my "preferred store" from this one on their website."

"Ordered here a few times, last time we ordered we got a call saying they can’t enter our building due to needing a code to get in. So I had to meet them outside. Weird that suddenly they can’t do that when every single time I’ve ordered prior this has never been an issue. I’ll just order from the other pizza joints around."

"this domino’s sucks! this location consistently cancels my delivery order saying that we are out of delivery zone. if that is the case then why is this the location that the website tells me to order from. the only location possible for delivery. yet each time someone calls saying that i have to order from another location. the other location is 5.5 miles away while the dominos that cancels my order is only 1.5 miles away. this is frustrating! please fix this dominos. there is no reason that i can’t have pizza delivery from this location."

"Another disappointing meal from these guys. The pizza was delivered cold again. I only live 4 minutes away. I also ordered the new pepperoni cheese bread. Turned out to be just bread with pepperoni in it. Both the pizza and the cheese bread had very little cheese if any. They also forgot my marinara sauce cup. It was a horrible meal."

"I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from here. Buffalo chicken pizza showed up with no buffalo sauce and the lava cakes were absolutely destroyed. I called them to see if they could get a new one and after some convincing to replace it that night, they sent a new order. The second one showed up and this time the buffalo chicken pizza had insane amounts of buffalo sauce, smh. I will never order from this place again."
