"Great location! I needed to return an Amazon package. These guys were fast and friendly!"

"Made an appt for a notary. Walked in 10 min early. No customers in the store. Two people working, one was a notary named Timothy. They said someone called out of work so they couldn’t notarize even though no customer was in the store. Timothy refused to notarize document because “he has that option”. Do NOT use this store. Horrible customer service. Apparently they don’t honor their appointments nor can be bothered to help an in store customer."

"Was told I could have my temperature sensitive packages delivered on Saturday even if I dropped off on Friday, but looking at the tracking info that’s not true. I even made sure that was something that could be done and one of the employees ensured me that it could be with the Sat only delivery stickers. I explicitly told him that I’ve tried shipping something with next day air on a Friday and the package didn’t get to its destination till Monday and spoiled. Still he made it seem like it shouldn’t be a problem. Now I have to tell my employer $1000 of product is going to waste. Don’t promise something that can’t be done. Even though I desperately need these boxes to go out, I would have waited till next week to make sure they would have been sent out in time. Don’t know if the guy was trying to be helpful, but it ended up not being worth it."

"Avoid this office. They will lose your package and take no responsibility or accountability for losing it. I have spent the last 5 weeks trying to track down a package I dropped off with them. The employee told me he was unable to offer a shipping receipt for the item I dropped off, which was a mistake. I will need to contact the corporate office to file a claim. **Update: I emailed the UPS store a week ago per the response from the owner and still have not heard a response** **Avoid this office. They will loose your package and take no accountability."
