"Terrible experience, they don't care about their tenants or properties for that matter. They will keep your deposit, then encourage you to take them to court because "they go to court all the time". Zero communication. They will assure you they will make repairs then tell you the owners "opted out". Would not recommend renting or having them manage your property."

"I rented from another property management for two years! They took over per the owner and didn’t even give us a 30 day notice that they weren’t renewing our lease. They wouldn’t work with us and we felt they were discriminating because of our race. Worst property management in town! And they won’t give the deposit back!!! Do NOT rent from them! Slum Lords for sure!!"

"Thank you ABC for believing in second chances! They keep you up dated on application's and they'll get you in pretty fast. The down deposit is a little steep if you don't have perfect credit but it's not like you'll be paying double the amount either. In order to get a property they'll make you look at the place first before filling out the paper application (which was really easy)$40 cash which is cheaper than most. My credit isn't the greatest but they still worked with me. I'm forever thankful for this company, hands down my favorite property management team. (So far they've been pretty speedy on repairs)"

"Money is everything to these gals. Even when it's not THEIR money. Currently waiting to see if they respond to my attorney. After many, many issues with ABC I was willing to just call it quits. (Severe flooding, mold due to them not fixing the immense water damage) (I have had no working fridge since December 31st, and last June it was out for an entire month. After being notified by the appliance repair company that I needed a REPLACMENT fridge on January 4th 2023 they have still yet to replace it.) When I first started renting through them I paid 3,000 dollars just to move in this isn't including first months rent either! Due to poor credit, which I suppose is understandable. However, I decided to accept my loss and I was okay with just putting in a 30 day notice and moving. After giving them the 30 day notice, they rejected my notice. I am not one to speak negatively on small businesses but it's not slander if it's true. Please, PLEASE, I IMPLORE you to search for another agency to rent through. I will definitely be updating not the rating, (I'd give -10 stars if I could) but this review to let you know exactly how it goes. How they respond, and if they do the right thing or not. Oh, and lastly if there is no one else but them to rent through, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT. Thankfully I have photos, call logs, etc to prove who is actually liable. Stand up for yourself, no one else will."
