"Me and my friend love this quaint and beautiful B&B! It is very comfortable and very neat and clean. Instructions of where things are, how to enter, where to park and so forth are all both written clearly in the welcome e-mail, as well as labeled throughout the home with small decorative signs that not only help know where everything is, but add to the quaint character of the home. Also, the home is well-supplied with what you basically need. Catherine and Jeff are fantastic hosts! They are always available if you have any questions or issues- either by text, e-mail or a phone call. I was never left waiting for a response. They are always so kind and pleasant! This is a sweet and beautiful little place right in the quaint old town Grand Junction- walking distance to downtown and a 5-10 minute drive to anyplace you want to go. I plan to call Jeff and Catherine on all of my road trip adventures to Grand Junction. Oh, and the cost is the best in town!"

Their house is conveniently located with a full kitchen and amenities to encourage an at home environment which is greatly appreciated when on the road for several months. The house and rooms are immaculate and one can feel the love and pride that go into a home shared with others as they need. Much appreciated people here!"
