"A decent hotel south of Vernal in the city of Naples. Overall it is a decent hotel with okay rooms and furnishings. Downsides noticed included an extremely hard bed, generally dirty carpets throughout the halls, minimal staff and a sparse breakfast. Decent for the money but good us some improvements"

"Most disgustingly filthy place we have ever stayed. Had to move rooms twice until the 3rd was tolerable. Pool and hot tub freezing and as if non operational but advertising as if it is a warm experience, it's NOT! Breakfast was less than desirable. We will never ever stay here again."

"Worst hotel stay of my life. The property manager is a crook. When it came time to renew my reservation he took my card and ran it for $700. He said it didn’t go through, but as I showed him on my banking app, it in fact did go through. His solution was to run the card again! I’m not made of money. He refused to correct the issue so at 10 pm on a work night I had to move all my stuff out, and was turned out to the street. He stole $700 from me and kicked me out. The place stinks, and is filthy as well. The house keepers do the opposite of what you ask. If you say privacy, they clean the room, if you say please clean they don’t touch it. Just a horrible experience here. They’re a much better places to stay for a similar or even less rate."

"Terrible experience. Cannot trust the cleanliness or Property Manager. Is not worth the price. Stains on bed sheets, bathroom walls, mirrors, ceiling, waste in the sink. The carpets are so dirty, the shower didn’t drain and pubic hair In bathtub. Property manager that is replying to poor reviews below is the same employee at the front desk. We asked for another room which was similarly dirty and bug on bed. Property manager told us to leave if we were not happy and refused to refund. He lied to us about having our money after us confirming with Expedia and our Bank that the transaction had gone through to the Hotel. He called the cops on us as we refused to leave until refunded. When cops arrived, he changed his tune and approved a full refund which he had initially declined, trying to convince us he did not have our money. Customer service is the worst i have experienced. They should either lower their cost, update their staff or figure out the basics of hygiene and customer service. Not recommended."

"Not a good hotel. Cost $240 for a 2 night stay, when we got there it smelled so bad it gave me a headache, the room was filthy, the shower and towels weren’t clean. There was someone dried up snot all over our walls, counter and everywhere in the room. The bedsheets were stained with who knows what. There was also hair on the pillows. The carpets were also very dirty. This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stepped foot in. The front desk lady was super nice and helped as much as she could, she gave me new pillows and new bedsheets to sleep on. 1/5 stars will not be coming back again."
