"So I don't Really know that this girls problem was but definitely won't go back. We got there about 11:30 with my 2 year old for her birthday. I call ahead to even make sure they had that bear. Perons on the phone when I called earlier was nice and thanked me for asking. When we got there we did not even get acknowledged and had to hunt someone down who was apparently stalking and gave literally no effort to get me or my child.to be apart of the process of filling the bear.. honestly looked like she hated her life. Look I get having a bad day but especially if you work with kids at least make an effort, not impressed."

"It was a fun few hours. Brought back memories of making bears with my son. Now it’s my grandson’s turn. The gals were great! My mom was tired from walking and one of the ladies gave up her chair for my mom! So sweet! Another young lady took off a display graduation outfit! Went above and beyond so my grandson would have a graduation themed gift! Will definitely recommend!"
