"I have had a great experience over the past year or so with the UC Health Lone Tree location. I've had experience with imaging in several different providers around Colorado over the last several years, including 2 biopsies, and I have decided I like it here the most. The staff are great, explain things well, and I feel like they hear me. I also like that I don't have to wait forever here, I feel like they respect my time and value me."

"If you care about your preventive breast health, do not use this facility. After my routine mammogram I was referred( by the treating doctor )to come every 6 months to monitor a mass. On the way out they refused to schedule me for this telling me to call closer to the time and not to worry there would be available appointments. I missed this and called in January to schedule. At that time they told me I needed a referral from my primary doctor. Confused I questioned this as I explained the Doctor in UC Health Breast Center is actually the one who referred me to come back for imaging on my right breast. They continued to over complicate this and refused to schedule me. Gone into summer now I walked into the clinic and kindly asked them to please schedule me. The woman at the front looked on her computer and could not help me, said that someone who ran the back would have to call me. No resolution!!! She called and said I had the wrong referral in the system and once again had to call my primary and get a referral that said bilateral mammogram with bilateral radiology/imaging. I said I’m not in healthcare, I hope I get this right when I call my primary. I sent a message to primary, the RN that responded was very unkind to my plight and acted as if I was an annoyance. When I called back to schedule finally…my primary made referral for this December a FULL year from my original referral date. I hope for everyone involved in this that my breast are fine and the mass is nothing. I am moving to Anshutz where I’m praying I get better care."

"Use caution going to the Highlands Ranch Hospital Breast Center. The mammogram tech was extremely abusive and she should not be left alone with any elderly women. I would like to charge her with elderly abuse. I am a breast cancer survivor which has left my left breast very sensitive to pain. I went there because I am seeing new dimpling and a supposed fatty lump which has doubled in size.. When the tech was ready to scan my left breast without any warning she clamped down on my breast very fast and very hard when I screamed out. Also, she was sitting down on a chair to do the mammogram which I find weird. She then screamed at me asking if I want the mammogram or not....she did not release my breast while screaming at me. Sadly the doctor...Erica Pollack MD sided with the tech and I was quickly escorted to the exit sign. This tech is a dangerous person and should not be allowed around elderly female patients. This experience is the end for me ....no more mammograms even if the breast cancer has returned. And after talking to the office manager who eluded that there was a similar complaint in the reviews but a different tech.... apparently they harbor techs that are abusive made me realize she didn't care what happened to me. Let me make it perfectly clear there was no way to continue with the mammogram as my chest and left mutilated breast was way to sore and to painful to continue. I have regularly had mammograms to make sure the cancer was not back and I never experienced anything like this which speaks for itself. Use caution. I have filed a complaint with the State of Colorado."

"Was not treated with care or privacy. Mammogram tech was very abusives and refused to listen. She got mad when I refused to finish the procedure that she opened the door telling me we are done not giving me time to put my scrub top back on"

"The service and staff was good. Although the lady who called me to schedule another appointment was rude. When I asked her if she can check if this will be covered by my insurance, her response was "I don't know, do you want the appointment or not" . I scheduled but I called my insurance and they said it's not covered. Why your scheduling coordinators cannot pull up insurance coverage? And not only that, they're rude. So 4 stars for the service but you scheduling coordinators need training and some empathy training too. I can send you guys the ulearn links if that's an issue."
