"Terrible management. The physician was fine but their billing department is a mess. They billed my insurance incorrectly, I have called on 5 separate occasions within the past three months. Their manager states they will get back to me and never does. They were taken over by another company and fired their old billing person and multiple staff members, including physicians. Now they have no one knowledgeable to help and straighten this out. I have had two people tell me I don't have a balance but I keep getting a bill."
