"I own a small tour company in Virginia, and found OIG's number by happenstance, through a Google search. I called them, and Brian Stevens answered the phone. I am new to business insurance issues, and had a lot of questions for him; Brian spent more than an hour talking to me on the phone during that first call, going over the basics, asking about my company, answering specific questions, and was always considerate and thoughtful. After discussing what my company's needs were, my premium ended up being fairly reasonable; I believe that Brian saved me money by not trying to sell me insurance that I didn't need. He never felt like a salesmen during the process — he felt like an adviser who had my best interests in mind. I ended up purchasing an insurance policy from OIG based solely on that initial call with Brian, who was patient, knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining how things work and why. That was six months ago, and I am very pleased with the service I've received from Brian and OIG. I have since talked to Brian on the phone three or four times, almost always out-of-the-blue; he always has the answers, has helped my small company navigate trick insurance issues, and is not a "typical insurance agent," in my experience. Again, he felt more like an adviser and a friend than a salesman, and I would highly recommend Brian and OIG to anyone looking for the types of insurance products they offer."
