"Sad to say that this place has gone downhill. It was great when I first became a patient here, but now I am just frustrated. You can never get through to them on a phone and have to leave messages with their answering service. They never call you back, so phone communication is completely impossible. For my last appointment the Dr was running over an hour late, so I had to reschedule. I was then told that my Dr didn't have any available appointments in the next two months, so rescheduled with the PA. Arrived for my appointment today and after waiting half an hour was told that they wouldn't get to me within the next 30 minutes, so another hour delay! Now have to reschedule again! Very disappointing! I am looking for a new cardiologist!"

"I was referred to this office by my primary dr. I went in on my first visit the 2 girls on the counter have no manners. I was told by the Dr Halppin I need a ultrasound on my heart. I was told by one of the girls that they would get it approved by the insurance then call me . Today is 10 days later I call insurance to find no one from the Dr's office has called the insurance. I then call the Dr's office told me they spoke to a nurse when in fact it was a receptionist . I called to speak to the office manager and she tells me it is not urgent , so I'm understanding because its not urgent that they will get around to it when ever they decide to. I am not impressed with this type of medical care."

"This office is incredible and have the best staff that will go beyond for their patients. Last week I ran out of my medication and I called in a panic but vanessa assured me not to worry that I would be taken care of and sure enough my pharmacy called me to pick up my refill. We need people like this that are compassionate thank you Vanessa you rock"

"It's been two weeks since I was discharged from St. Anthony hospital and was directed to make an appointment within 2 days. I had to call the Westminster location to make appointment. The one time I did get thru with the Louisville location, they told me there was no notes and they didn't know who to make my appointment with. When I started to explain why I was hospitalized they started telling me why. No notes huh? I am so nervous to be seen by this medical office. Hopefully the doctors won't be as ignorant and uncaring as the phone receptionist."
