"The counselor I've been seeing for four years moved to this facility this year and she is amazing, but I've been pretty disappointed with the front desk staff. The communication has been subpar and dismissive, and personability during interactions have always been lukewarm at best, which is unfortunate for a mental health facility, of all businesses. The initial intake process was lengthy due to general disorganization and miscommunication (I was told my insurance wasn't accepted, even though it's advertised as a provider they take on the web?) and was told my account would need to be reviewed by a supervisor. I could never get a straight answer without being put on hold or told I'd need to wait for a callback. No one ever seemed to know what was going on with my account. The cost of sessions even with insurance is higher than what I've paid in the past, and I can confidently say that if I didn't love my counselor as much as I do, I'd definitely have found somewhere else to for therapy at this point. Hopefully others have better experiences."

"Unfortunately not a good fit for me and the therapist I was assigned to. I've now learned she is leaving the practice which I would say is a good thing as I felt she was distracted, watching her phone/the clock, confusing me with other patients. Ended up getting the assistance I needed elsewhere. I would consider them in the future but would suggest a check in/follow up from the company re: things like meetings, front desk, online portal, etc. Liked the location, building, parking."

"I was supposed to have my first meeting yesterday at 3pm on Zoom call with Jill Sorensen. She never showed up for the appointment. I called the Center and someone told me he would give them the message, but, clearly has not done that b/c today I got a message saying "thank you for your business" - which leads me to believe they will try to charge me for this. So, now I have to call them again and clarify this. I am really dissapointed."
