"I wanted to love this place, I do think Dr. Li is a nice doctor. But seriously, the lack of organization here is a HUGE problem. Everything from scheduling to making payments has been a nightmare. Got here this morning for my 7:45am apt. Lights off, door locked. This place isn't even open. Now 45 minutes later I am about to get the injection I need, because it has to come to room temp. I expected this appointment to take 30 mins, now I will be here at least 1 hour and 15 minutes. This will be my last appointment here, switching to a different Allergist all together."
