"The staff is so nice and smart. The new chiropractor Dr. Nick is very talented. He has fixed my spine. Each visit is better than the last."

"I started going to this clinic about 5 years ago. When I first started I was so impressed by the PA Dan. He actually cared and listened to his patients. His nurse Sammy was also wonderful, she always had a smile on her face and was so kind to each patient. Now ever since this clinic moved around 2 years ago, things have definitely changed. Let me start by the office staff. Sondra who answers the phones is very rude and not friendly. I felt like every time I called the office to schedule an appointment or needed something I was putting her out or interrupting her day. I will say Sally who is in charge of the UA’s is very friendly and nice to every patient. Doug the PA who took Dan’s place is very arrogant. I feel he doesn’t treat all his patients the same and you’re just a number not an actual patient. As for Sierra his nurse, she is very judgmental, and doesn’t treat all the patients the same. She could be nice to one patient and then have an attitude towards another. I also don’t agree with Sondra and Sierra sitting up at the front talking bad about patients when there are patients sitting in the lobby waiting to be seen. I will say I got discharged as a patient for asking for early fill 2 days early, once because I had a death in the family and had to fly out and attend a funeral and wasn’t going to be back for a week over my fill date and then I just had some major dental work done and my dentist is the one who told me to call my pain doctor to see if he could give me something with acetaminophen in it, and they assumed I was wanting an early refill and discharged me. When Sierra called to tell me this, she was the biggest snot and you could tell she just couldn’t wait to call and tell me. But I know for a fact that 2 other patients who go there got early fills one for going on vacation and the other for going out of town for work! This is why I say they don’t treat all their patients equally. I mean do you pick and choose who you want to be nice to and who you want to give early fills to?? I recommended this clinic to a lot of friends and family and I will say that will not be happening anymore."

"About 3 years ago, my pain management doctor retired. I was worried that I wound not be able to find a doctor, as compassionate and caring as my retired doctor, whom I considered a friend. I spoke to my PCP about trying to help me find a new doctor and practice to help me deal with my constant pain. My PCP refereed me to Louisville Medical Center and Dan Ryan. I made an appointment and arrived for my consultation. I first met the incredible staff at the front desk, they greeted me with a smile and helped me through the new patient paperwork. The front desk staff asked me about my areas of pain and you could tell that they truly cared about my treatment. They truly made me feel like I belonged there. I met the Dr. Nick Hamilton, he introduced himself to me and told me that he was a “Chiropractor“ and that if my treatment plan required his skills, he would be there for me. I then met my new pain management professional, Dr. Dan, who was so personable and knowledgeable, that it took me back a little, Dr. Dan made me feel extremely comfortable and took the time to explain why I was feeling the pain that was ever constant in my daily life. Dr. Dan, explain to me his plan to treat me and to help me feel some relief from my pain, he listened to all of my questions and then asked some specific questions, to be able to focus on the cause and effect of what was creating my pain. During the coarse of my examination, Dr. Dan recommended medication that would help me deal with some of the pain, he also taught me certain exercises and stretches that wound also relieve some of my pain. Dr. Dan, asked me to trust him and let him do some trigger point injections into the area of my pain, he told me that there was a good chance that the injections wound relieve some of my pain. Boy he was right, the injections provided almost immediate relief. I would strongly recommend Louisville Medical Center to anyone who is experiencing pain, especially to those who have tried almost everything and who have given up hope. I know from personal firsthand knowledge, that you will find a Dr. and staff that will restore you faith. I still see Dr. Dan to this day and because of him and his staff, I can function like a normal person."

"I have been a patient at LMC for over a year. The care I have received has been extremely helpful. I have low back issues, and they are much better because of my time with Dr. Hamilton. He is a very considerate and caring doctor who has made my back feel much better. I will continue to see him for the foreseeable future - who knows how long!! His office staff are very cooperative and have been very good to me as far as times, dates, etc. I enjoy going to see Dr. Hamilton and his staff. Their medical care has been very beneficial for me."
