"I bought in curbside pickup up because I don’t want to walk with babies down the store. They don’t have the special parking for curbside I called the store and they told me they are short in staff and I had to walk and it was very cold. Also the app says the address and it took me to COSTCO. Cashier was nice and sorry."

"Do not order online and expect to receive your order. This is the second and LAST time I purchase from this store. This time they delivered my items somewhere to a locker and can't tell me where they are. They want me to jump through hoops to track it down. You sent it, why can't you see where you sent it. Customer service very unhelpful and I'm sick and tired of companies outsourcing to India when we have people right here in the states who need and want to work. Support your local community and make India figure out their own economy."

"I unfortunately had a very poor experience at this store this past weekend. This was the first time I went shopping after the Covid pandemic and happened to arrive 30 before closing time. My husband and I were looking for something specific for our daughter so we didn’t plan to stay long. Shortly after looking around a bit, the young ladies at the register were very loud about wanting to go home. Soon after that, someone in the store turned the lights and music off. We were not the only ones in the store when this happened. Two minutes later and one of the girls (Stephanie) started loudly singing the song from Dora the explorer “Come on vámonos, everybody let’s go”. Stephanie was the associate who checked us out and was unprofessional. She didn’t tell us our total, didn’t make eye contact and no “thank you” or “have a good day” (Side note - we left the store well before closing time. My receipt is marked 6:46 pm ) It’s unfortunate for this store to be represented so poorly. Please provide better training for your employees. People who travel from other countries and states visit this mall and deserve better customer service."

"Great clothing that is made well and lasts. The ladies that work on this store are so very nice and always really helpful. If they don't have the item you are looking for, they will order it and have it shipped to your home. Always a nice experience shopping here."

"Excellent store! I arrived on a Saturday afternoon in December during some ongoing Black Friday sales and found the store very well neat, organized, and clean. While I was shopping, very attentive staff were frequently refolding clothes and restocking misplaced items. I was able to talk directly to an employee about any concerns I had and was given assistance when I needed help carrying my 7 bags of kids and baby clothes to my car. I was also able to easily order out of stock sizes and had the option to ship them to my home, but I chose the store because of how nice it is and I hope it will have more fun clothing choices when I come back in a few weeks to pick up my order. I also highly applaud the cashier Jessica and the assistant she had working with her as they were very patient with my large purchase and made my day go very smoothly."
