Quality Inn near Mesa Verde

"Our room was absolutely spotless! Clean and smelled great! Alma (maybe Alona) was a pleasure and definitely deserves a tip for her cleanliness of the rooms. Cleaning is my second job, so I appreciate the fact that details are seen. THANK YOU! The building is in the back, which was a bit confusing at first, but was fine once we figured it out. Points to consider: they have a hot breakfast that we were unaware of. (Our fault) Confusing to get into, on the map. It takes you to a parking lot on a different road. Just go to the parking lot at the Suburban Inn. All the same location. VIEW: the parking lot. We were just here for the night. So we did not care about a view! Several dispensary close by!"

"My car broke down in Cortez, so I stayed here for about a week with my dog while it was being repaired. The rooms and linen were clean and the housekeepers were friendly. Breakfast was really good as well. The workers here were very nice and helpful. The only negative thing is there isn’t a lot room to walk the dog if you have one. There’s a small patch of grass in the back for them."

"Everyone working here that we met is very friendly, Pam is especially welcoming and Larry (I think is his name) makes an amazing breakfast! We weren't expecting a full buffet, yum! The rooms are simple, clean, and have what you need. Lots of parking. We felt safe. Slept great! The room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. As we were leaving we noticed a fitness center by the lobby."

"This hotel is excellent with a great price. It is very clean, new toilet and new shower. Water pressure is great. The front desk is very friendly and nice. Not elevator but only 4-5 steps. We just check in today and is very happy with the room. The bed is comfortable. I love the new glass walk in shower. I am very picky about hotels, I would recommend to stay here, you won't regret."

"We arrived at the location to check in, and the lobby was locked. After calling the number on the door, we got checked in to find out that this was a “multi property” campus. We were assigned a room in the upper property that was up a hill. There was no parking left by our building, so we had to park in a completely separate parking lot and hike up the hill. The building had no ground floor as it was a split level, with no elevators, making it inconvenient to get your luggage in. To add further concern, this property is not monitored, and the door is left unlocked. When we arrived in the room, it seemed to be updated, but unfortunately there was filth around the perimeter of the room. Lots of dirt, debris, hair, and other unknown substances were lurking. Unfortunately, it was dark enough in the room I could not get a picture of the room perimeter, but I did get one from beside the fridge. To say the room was dirty is an understatement. I did not feel comfortable staying here. The only redeeming quality of the stay was the decent breakfast provided. I would not recommend staying here until things get a good deep cleaning. The rest can be overlooked, but cleanliness is paramount."
