Hampton Inn Mesa Verde/Cortez

"We stayed here twice in the last week and enjoyed both nights here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast here was the best! The rooms were cozy and very clean. It is pet friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our pup also loved his time here and even had his own bed to himself. Safe to say he was also a big fan of this hotel."

"I just wish there was at least a 1hr 9 to 20 adult only pool and hot tub time. The hot tub could be hotter. Vape free, having other people vapping while trying to relax, wasn't pleasant. Other than that... great place and staff."

"Disgusting manager and front desk staff at this hotel. They’ll call the police on you and your small children for asking them to provide a pack and play (as they falsely advertise to have available). The police walked us out of the hotel per the employee’s absurd request and on their way out they told the front desk clown that he should be ashamed and that they were extremely opposed to making our family leave the hotel for absolutely no valid reason (but due to hotel laws they didn’t have a choice). The police also called the manager on the phone and asked her to change her mind but she’s actually insane so she refused as well. Honestly stay in any other town- there’s a reason this place is cheaper than others. The police told us it was the only safe hotel in Cortez, so we ended up driving through the night with our kids all the way to ABQ. As for the hotel itself, extremely below average for a Hampton inn. Truly, stay in another town."

"My hotel stay had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the rooms were great, and the hotel's proximity to Mesa Verde National Park was convenient. However, I was disappointed by the customer service, which I found to be quite poor. Additionally, the ongoing network issues from the first day of our stay were frustrating and remained unresolved. Overall, it was a mixed experience, with room quality being the highlight."

"We have stayed in at least a dozen or more Hilton properties this summer and this particular Hampton Inn location far surpasses them all! The property, the common areas and the room was cleaner than any other Hilton location we have recently stayed in this year. The daytime and nighttime staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! That's a combination of customer service that is almost nonexistent these days. The fixtures, sink and tub in the room were actually 'sparkling' they were so clean! The spread on the bed was noticeably fresh, crisp and tightly tucked in military style. It was an inviting sight to behold. It's been a long time since we've seen such an impressively clean room. The breakfast was also a step above the rest with an attendant who worked hard to keep up with the demand. Thank you Hampton Inn at Mesa Verde/Cortez for a wonderful experience and a great night's sleep! Your location and staff are a cut above!"
