"We brought in our dog because he wasn’t eating and looked like he was in pain. The vet was unfriendly and quickly assumed it was back pain. Blood tests were performed and the vet reported they were normal levels. We were told to lock our dog in a cage for 2 weeks and prescribed pain meds. Less than 24 hours later our dog died. Apparently he had severe cancer and his lungs had liquid in them. That was determine postmortem from a different vet which cost us $700. This fee could have avoided if the vet correctly identified the problem, which was evident considering the severity of the illness. I think the amount of (near death) pets they see has desensitized the staff—they really don’t care about your pet, just $$."

"They took our St Bernard Willow in on an early holiday morning when all regular vets were closed. She ended up needing emergency surgery ASAP, and they really made us feel at ease and worked with us and our limited budget to get into surgery and on the mend quickly. They truly went above and beyond for us, and I am incredibly grateful for the vets and techs that reassured us so we knew our girl was in good hands."

"We’ve come here a few times and it has always been incredible. Recently we tragically lost one of our dogs and had to drive him over at 2 am to the clinic. I cannot stress enough how incredible the staff was. They let us take as much time as we needed, they showed us true support, and offered us all the incredible ways in which we could remember our Bandit. To top it all off, I just moved out of state and they sent us a hand written note with their condolences. To say I cried would be an understatement. The support they have shown and continue to show to us is unlike anything I would’ve expected from an emergency clinic. I recommend this place 120% to everyone. "On Saturday, July 8th we hospitalized our little puppy for parvo. Boulder Emergency Pet Clinic provided as much help they could on the days they were open 24 hours before transferring us to their sister hospital (Northside) in Westminster. Our family didn’t have the money to pay up front, so they offered us Care Credit. We were limited to the amount of money we had on Care Credit, and their team was super mindful about our limit and trying to not go over it. I am super grateful for both Emergency Hospitals doing everything they could to help save my pup! I really recommend both places! I will be providing both before and after pictures of Peluchin! "It was a long hard 5 days with my cat Tigre at the emergency clinic. But now he is home and on the road to recovery! Being in the hospital for that long we talked to a lot of Vets and Techs. The communication was flawless between them. Each person was as knowledgeable, caring and informed as the next. It was hard to leave him every day, but I knew he was in very good hands and very much loved."
