"Went to pick up rx for pain meds, it was not ready on time.. I told the lady behind the counter that I was in a lot of pain and asked nicely if there was anything that can be done to speed it up. She rudely responded "I guess I can go work for your doctors office and tell him to call it in sooner" and walked away. This sarcastic and uncompassionate remark was highly uncalled for and made my already challenging situation worse. She was skinny with straight brown or dirty blond hair with blueish highlights, wearing a blue jacket over a purple hoodie. She needs to learn a lesson in kindness when dealing with someone clearly in pain."

"The pharmacist is really nice. Too bad he's not the face of the place. Don't expect your prescriptions to be filled in a timely manner here. They essentially wait for you to show up before filling the meds. I called three days ago about my son's medication canceled one and asked for the new one to be filled. It's like I never called and it STILL isn't filled. The younger men here are pleasant to deal with. The girl with the blue hair and glasses is miserable and takes it out on people at the counter. You just can't have a pleasant conversation with her at all. She clearly hates her job. Her heavy sighs, eye rolling and constant irritation in her voice are just a few of the signs. If you are so easily irritated by the human presence, being a pharm tech is NOT the job for you. Kings, do her a favor and tell her to find something that makes her happy before you lose more customers. Safeway sucks but transferring my meds there cause I can't continue to wait weeks to have a med filled that's vital to my treatment for cancer."

"Worst pharmacy Ever - I came to pick up a pertinent medication for my 83 Year old mother - that was called in days ago & she was told it would be ready - The "manchild" who waited on me was rude and lacked basic communication skills - They said it would take 30 minutes to an hour for a medicine that was already supposed to be filled - I asked if he could ask the pharmacist if they would be able to go ahead and fill it now since there is no one else in line and since it was due to be filled already & explained that she was completely out & I myself just got out of a Dr.'s Visit and & am Not filling well and can Not wait and it will put an 83 year old women out of pertinent meds - His Reply- "I don't know why You are telling many any of that as I can Bot help You or do anything abiut it - and I replied - So You are telling me that it is You are unwilling to ask the pharmacist if they can go ahead and fill the 1 prescription (I picked up another) - and his reply - I was hoping You would not interpret it that way ...so I said - Oh So You can ask if it possible to ask the pharmacist if thay are able to get that done & He said no - ...at that point I am baffled and said so what other way is there for me to interpret Your Statement - Wow - just WOW - So Very Rude - Not even Sure Why I Entered this Building- Used this Pharmacy - it is Just Very Below Sub-Standard and Everything about thks Place has Horrible Energy, Vibes, Workers are Rude - it's Dirty - just Unbelievable- Truly - Ise ANOTHER PHARMACY if You are Able"

"Never in my career of working at a hospital and having to call in a prescription have I ever had to deal with someone as rude as the pharmacist “kaley” extremely unprofessional, hung up on me twice. Initially got hung up on after over 10 minutes of waiting on hold just to speak to the pharmacist. Extreme attitude over the phone. Y’all really need to do some training on communication because that was horrible just because I was trying to call in prescriptions for a patient. If you really hate your job that much, maybe you should find a new one! Would do 0 stars if I could…"

"Get a text that my prescription is ready. I go in and they said it’s not ready and they’ll need 30min. They suggested I shop around while I wait the “short period” but I went home and come back over 1.5 hours later and it’s STILL not ready. I wish I could say this was an unusual circumstance but this happens every time I come in. I just wish they’d be more honest about how much time it’ll take them. The people are very nice, hence the 2 stars, but they’re just super unreliable. One time I came in 4x in one day because each time they said it’d be another 30min!"
