"Our experience with Uniquely Cats was nothing short of excellent. The staff was so caring and accommodating from the very beginning, down to the initial phone call, to the intake process, and the entirety of our appointment. We initially had an intake appointment set up for our boy Henri, but over the last few days he had began not eating and we were getting increasingly more concerned. Uniquely Cats was wonderful in supporting us through this process, and was able to get us in last minute to do our appointment and check in on our little guy due to the circumstances. My partner and I are new cat owners, and have been doing our due diligence in researching what is best for our little guy, but it is an understatement to say that the internet is full of misinformation and often conflicting ideas about what is best for cats. Uniquely Cats and the team were so informative, and really validated our choices in what we were doing with Henri and helped us make decisions about how we can best support him even more going forward. We felt welcomed, had so many of our questions answered, and felt truly taken care of in terms of Henri but also for us as owners. "It is called Uniquely Cats for a reason! When I brought my senior cat to UC a few years ago, I was blown away by an entirely new evolution in veterinary care. The extra time and quality interaction my cat received were just a couple of the infinite ways this establishment is truly exceptional. Given its 5-star nature, one cannot expect a low-budget experience and outcome, financially or otherwise. Because we are so conditioned to utilize veterinary care often when things are acute and don't include it in our budgets, we do not consider that our cats, or any pets, are an ongoing investment if we want them to be in superior health and live the longest life possible. I am grateful that Uniquely Cats opened my mind to a new way of caring for my pets!"

They talked to me and gave a lot of information on care and feeding for my babies and I didn't feel rushed. My cats were very calm and Dr Fine was excellent.
