Switch over to conditioner to rub into dry winter skin. Drawbacks: Only 1 Dog Wash station. Even on High Dryer needed towel dry. $10 covered 3 steps in 10 minutes."

"DIRTY PAWS DOG WASG ALMOST MURDERED MY DOG AND THEY DONT CARE!!! I visited dirty paws dog wash for the first time after seeing it for years, which I was already surprised by the $1 a minute price and the useless blow dryer. However, this dog wash has improper equipment that almost strangled or snapped my dogs neck. The chain provided allows you dog to jump out and be hung from the outside. Luckily my $250 smart dog collar with a 300 lb pull force snapped in half before my dogs neck did (I can only hope the collar was defective). Before I get comments about how I should be in front of my dog; with how the machine is designed you have to step away to change the setting from soap to rinse or to add more money. I spoke to the owner and he didn’t care and took no responsibility. He just said I shouldn’t have used the clip or should have been directly in front of my dog. He doesn’t even want to replace the $3 chain, as he mentioned this happened before!!! NEVER NEVER USE DIRTY PAWS. A BATH THERE IS NOT WORTH YOUR DOGS LIFE!!"

"I was told how great this dog wash was by several people, but when I finally tried it a month ago I was floored that the dispensers didn’t work and the water was freezing. The blower was a joke. I can barley get my dog to take a bath and the thing that works is warm water. Apparently this has been a problem for months and yet there was nothing to warn users about it. I wanted to like it but seems you don’t know what you are getting until you pay. Not going back until there is a fix. Note to owner: let customers know what they are getting so they don’t feel let down. People would understand if they knew owners were aware of the issues."

"We were on a road trip doing lots of hiking and wound up on a very dusty trail. $10 for 10 min, and I was able to rinse, shampoo, rinse, condition, rinse and had 2 min left to blow dry. They also provide an apron and one complimentary towel per person which was a huge help, as I'd forgotten to pack one of my own. Happily, my wee white dug is now white again."
