"Very disappointing experience. I hired Lucky to clean my apartment at a very reasonable rate ($48 for two hours). Monica was assigned to the job. We gave her a list of things we wanted cleaned and in order of priority (as we weren't sure how much she would be able to do). She completely disregarded both verbal and written directions and cleaned the way she wanted to. She arrived late and left early, only cleaning for about 75 minutes. Many of the things she did clean were still visibly dirty. I complained to the manager Courtney and she totally wrote me off. She told me it was a match problem and that she has other cleaners who may be a better fit. She didn't address the fact that Monica did not fulfill her work commitment based on the terms we had agreed upon."

"We have been using Lucky Services since we moved here over a year ago. The same person cleans our home every other week, they are dependable, send reminders the day before and do a good job."

"Aptly names “Lucky Services” no accountably, the most egregious is they were hired to clean common areas of my fiancés home, the cleaning person was there for 4.5 hours, aside from not seeing evidence or even smelling like it had been cleaned. What was the most disturbing aspect is the cleaning person let the dog escape past two barriers ( door from home to garage and out garage) and just left without making an effort to ensure the dog returned. I received a frantic call from my fiancé to corral her dog, she was waiting at door when I arrived. What kind of person does that? Even more pathetic was the business owner, Durango City council member Jessika Buell immediately defended the action of her employee abandoning the dog claiming no responsibility. My fiancé even asked if she needed to remove the dog prior, but was assured since the dog was friendly, it would be fine. So aside from leaving the dog to run amok, the quality of cleaning based on 4.5 hours was not apparent. I take no joy in writing a bad review, but as a person that take much pride in details and customer service, Lucky Services fails on both… I know accidents and miscommunication happen, but accountability is a great way to restore a customers confidence. And based on this situation you will be LUCKY to experience either."

Based on the way the first person we contacted listened to our needs and provided impressive responses, we began using Lucky 2 x month for house cleaning services. Months later now, every interaction with the office staff has been customer-oriented and we could not be happier with the person cleaning our house or the quality of the work being done for us. Compared to the cleaning service(s) we were using prior to Lucky, the reliability, professionalism and work quality are all so much better while our cost has not increased. Can't beat that! Highly recommend."
