"Super nice, clean, and welcoming environment. I actually had a pick up order but took a little time to shop around as well. I wish I knew the employee who helped me (he had white gauges) he was super helpful and friendly. I was speaking with him about it being a gift for my husband. He took the time to compare a couple products etc as I had some questions. He even helped me get a box and a wrapping bow around it! I also came back in about a week later looking for something in stock and he remembered me, my previous purchase, who it was for and asked me about it! I love that and it’s excellent service that he remembered. Next time I need to check out some of the shoes, they were catching my eye!"

"Quality is subpar (we bought a purse with a blemish for my wife Xmas present and they charged us 45 additional dollars to replace it 2 days after xmas because it wasn't on sale anymore -- really? What plans way to squeeze a few extra bucks when it's obvious the quality was a manufacturing issue), silly rules about keeping people out in 10 degree weather because they don't want to pack the store. Staff is friendly and my wife does like her purse and wallet. But she was NOT happy with the service and games they play when it comes to customer satisfaction. Warranty sucks. Get what you pay for."

"I went to go shopping there and I was standing by myself And hardly anyone in the store and they told me I had to wait a few minutes to walk in I guess they don't really care if people want to buy or not why I had to wait when there was hardly went anyone in the store and I was by myself is ridiculous! I took my business elsewhere I suggest you do the same if you're in the holidays!!! I walked away and disgust and I will go to silverthorne if I'm going to go to a coach outlet at least they don't make you stand outside when there's no one in the store."

"I had been a coach customer for years and I am still having a hard time believing the experience I had here at this location yesterday. For Christmas my parents bought my husband a bag that he wasn’t fond of so I brought him in to exchange it. Because I didn’t have the receipt i was told I could not exchange the product. I am not a Karen and was not interested in arguing with the employees but I was a little confused as I was looking at the product on the shelf and asked why can’t we just swap it out for something he likes? Oh well. While I’m at the cash wrap having this conversation with the sales associates I see my husband, who is a Mexican American, literally walking from spot to spot in the store with an older white woman sales associate in his personal space bubble following him from bag to bag. She was walking so close to him it was uncomfortable to see. I walked over to him and asked is this woman helping you and he said no she hasn’t said a word to me she is just standing behind me as I pick up different bags. Wow. I couldn’t believe it. When she saw me (a white woman) she asked if I needed help. I couldn’t believe that my husband was being followed around the store and how I was treated differently as a white woman. I will not be buying coach ever again. This is unacceptable."
