"Not good. Got my job back today with irreparable rub marks around the embroidered logo. I pointed it out, and that I was displeased, but the answer I kept getting from the woman working there was that the machine "just does that." Okay? Lol. No solution or refund was offered. Also, the logo was not at the size I asked for. Instead of making a big deal about it in store, I just walked away and am taking my business elsewhere and so should you. Two stars because maybe they're good at some things, but definitely not customer service."
