"As of today my child’s prescription has still not been filled and it was a medication that he needed to take within 24 hours of his surgery. The hospital pharmacy confirmed that the Walgreens pharmacy received and confirmed the prescription on Tuesday afternoon, although the Walgreens pharmacist says they had no record of his prescription. How do you confirm something you supposedly have never seen? The lead pharmacist can mumble whatever she likes under her breath about children’s hospital but they saved my child’s life and did their jobs, something they still have yet to do themselves."

"Update in January: Due to being unable to find my daughters prescription at any pharmacy I called here and they have ONE left but are telling me the script was closed. Instead of helping me understand what exactly I need to do they interrupted me over and over, put me back on hold, and then hung up on me. December: After being on hold for an hour my husband had our infant daughter's heart medication filled before the Thanksgiving holiday. They didn't have it filled and told him to wait 20min, then told him it would be over $100 for aspirin. I attempted to call and clarify the issue since before having insurance this only cost $1.79, but decided after 56min on hold to make a more productive decision and select a new pharmacy."

"I used to love Walgreens yet they have fallen very fast the last couple of years. My most recent visit, which will be my last, started by listening to the employee in the pharmacy complaining about people without a high school diploma being incompetent and should not be working. Also told the manager to look at the applications and tell those that do not have a high school diploma that they will not work for Walgreens ever and get rid of them. Then I was rudely told to wait. This person was so rude during the entire periods. Telling me I was not in their system even though I use them often. I set an appointment online for a Covid test and she was complaining that "they are sending losers for testing there". I will never go back and I encourage others to be diligent when using Walgreens."

"Pharmacy staff is incompetent. Had to wait over 30 min for them to figure out how to put a prescription in a bag, then when they finally gave it to me, I noticed they only had 1 out of the 2 prescriptions needed. I told the tech, and she said that it’s 5 minutes past their lunch so they can’t fill my other prescription since it’s their lunch break. And then I didn’t get notice that it was ready for pick up until 10 min before they closed, and I wasn’t able to make it in time. I have an infection now from missing important antibiotic eye drops that the staff was too incompetent to figure out."
