"There is a new deli lady... Younger blonde lady She rocks! The deli has been suffering for quite sometime now. This lady had things up and running ready for business by 10 this morning. In the past I couldn't count on a thing in there. Give this lady a RAISE!"

"I wish I could give this store a zero star review! I placed an order online for 20 items on December 20th. Oh those 20 items 15 were out of stock!!!! I attempted to cancel my order all to be told that I couldn’t cancel or edit my order. Some of those missing items where substituted but with very poor substitution (less product more money, for example I ordered 8lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast, I received a substitution of 1.5 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast Yet charged justrespond t as much for the 1.5 pounds as I would have been for the 8 pounds!) I also purchased several items where you had to buy for, and received them 4 To get a sale price$4.99 each Only one of the items was available so I was charged almost $12 for that one item. All in all I ended up spending Just as much but only Receiving about a quarter of my order In product quantity and weight. I reached out to customer service as I was still sitting in the parking lot to let them know that I was unhappy And wanted to return my order I was told that they would be giving me a full refund and was apologized to. Several phone calls (8) later And several hours of wasted time I’m still waiting for the refund that I was promised! Worst customer service EVER!!!! Actually there is something that can be done to further assist me. How about refunding me for my order as that was already promised to me yet still not delivered. Customer service is telling me that it’s because your store is failing to respond to their requests!"

"This is my Safeway. In my opinion they have a larger selection than King Soopers. And if you join their club like you join the King Soopers club pricing is comparable. But today I was trying to get some flowers and some balloons for one of our employees who's turning 60. And Yelena in the floral department went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion. She was extremely helpful for an old man who classes his colors when he is left to his own devices. "I purchased some fruit cups from Safeway in Golden on my way home from Boulder. When I got home they were spoiled and not edible. I brought them to the Safeway near my house about an hour later, the one I am leaving a review for, and they refused to return it because it would “make their produce department look bad.” This came from who I assume was the manager on duty. They could have offered me some store credit and I would have purchased some more fruit cups and some other groceries but instead they decided to provide some pretty awful customer service in addition to a terrible product. I will will never shop at Safeway anywhere, ever again."

"This safeway is in my neighborhood and I frequently come shopping here! Unfortunately, at the moment, I'm a little under the weather. I saw these in the clearance section and didn't see a clearance sticker. So, I took this picture. They would rather argue and have an attitude as if I put that there than honor their OWN mistake! I won't be doing business here for a while! SMH"
