"Duluths "no bull" return policy is actually total bull. Tried returning/exchanging an item I wasn't satisfied with and was denied that. I had a receipt and the item was within the return window. If you have more stringent return policies that's fine, but don't advertise a "no bull" policy and not live up to it. Very expensive clothes that are seeing a decline in quality."
