"My Mom has a custom painting on metal that her parents got in 1955. The frame it was in needed replaced so we took it in to Let’s Frame It. Debbie who was working the counter was incredibly nice the whole time. The piece is very sentimental and the care and work Jason did were incredible. I’d recommend them to any who needs something framed. They will take good care of you."
"If I could give them a zero, I would. I ordered 8 mats before Thanksgiving, went on a trip, came back, went into the store to check on them before Christmas… they had not even been started. Called today (mid-February) to check again. They had the audacity to say they were done and sat for months so they tossed them. They never called me to confirm order was complete even though I was patient during their holiday rush. STAY AWAY! Go elsewhere. Not worth your time."
"Jason and his Family are top notch when it comes to listening to your wants and needs and also do one heck of a job providing their expert opinion and ideas when it comes to a quality frame job. Customer Service is second to none and they worked with me and my deadline to get my artwork framed in such a very small time frame so I could give the item as a gift to my Fiance with only a few days to spare... I have had multiple items framed at LETS FRAME IT and I will always go back for any future framing needs and I am very proud and honored to suggest them to friends and family... love this place and the quality of frames I have hanging in my home are some of my most prized and beloved possessions... keep it up Jason.
