"The phone number listed on their business page is not listed correctly, doesn’t ring through or answer. They’re Google listing also has their business hours wrong. Their webpage gives me a 404 error so can’t visit site. Went to location which is next to the DMV and they’re not open on weekends. To do a lettering jacket you have to go 4 doors down to Athletic Lettering. Who is also not open on weekends. See photos for current information for this business."

"Ordered 27 baseball jerseys and hats. They were completed in the time I was told, during the busy season even, and are exactly what I ordered!! Reasonably priced and everyone I worked with was awesome. Patty did a great job!! Thank you, we will be ordering from you guys again next year!!!"

"Very slow I have ordered stuff from China and got it faster. When ask what is up with a small two piece order the online guy got irritated and said three weeks was good and that it is there busy time. I hope to order more school items there is another vendor who will give better customer service"

"7/18/16: Horrible! Horrible! Horrible experience! Took my son to get fitted for his football uniform and when I arrived I was told to speak to Patty. When I approached Patty she was speaking to another employee and I waited a good 2 minutes until she acknowledged we were there and seemed very annoyed that I interrupted her conversation. When I told her my son needed to be fitted for his uniform she rolled her eyes and huffed and then rudely asked who his coach was. I explained to her that the roster was still being put together and that I didn't have that information yet. She started yelling, flinging her arms into the air, and rudely speaking to me saying that she couldn't help me unless I had the coach name (I spoke to Matt before going to the store and he was very helpful and said all I needed was the team name). When I explained to her that I spoke to Matt, she slammed down her papers, picked up the intercom and had another employee come to help me. When the other employee came to team sport desk, she told him to help me because "she couldn't handle me anymore." I'm was shocked and my son, who is 8 years old, even turned me and asked why she was being so mean. When your children ask those kind of questions about customer service reps you know there is a problem. Absolutely the worst customer service my family and I have ever experienced! UPDATE 8/5/16: After horrible customer service experience above, I received my son's football uniform order today to find a gross stain on the front of his white jersey. STAY AWAY FROM SPORTLINE! They are way overpriced for horrible customer service and damaged product!"

"Sportline has always been more than helpful. Our group requires polo shirts and we order hundreds of them a year and always get the best service. The product is nice and the personalization is very good quality. They have great pricing and provide lots of options. I think they do a wonderful job and have never had a complaint. I have been doing business with them for several years."
