"My friend and I were kitted out in Arvada with skis, boots, poles and a helmet, and the guy helping us obviously knew his stuff. I ended up with two sizes smaller on my boots than last time. Our three days of skiing were perfect, meaning no equipment problems and no foot aches either. Recommended!"

"I'm bored and was thinking about how Christy Sports was great for renting gear when I went snowboarding a couple of weeks ago. I've been snowboarding for 18 years, but I only go about once a year these days. I'm a casual intermediate. The board was great. The edges were some of the sharpest I've ever ridden. I almost cut myself a couple of times just carrying it lol. The bindings were excellent quality, very secure and quick and easy to strap in. The boots were ok. They functioned well, just not the most comfortable for my feet. What really made Christy Sports a great rental experience was the knowledgeable young lady who set up my board. She was very kind and knew more about snowboarding than I did, which was reassuring. She helped me set up my board carefully, as she asked me various questions about how I prefer to ride. Also, they're open late enough, you can just swing by after a long day to drop the gear off, no problem."

"Avoid this location, if not all Christy Sports, for season long rentals. The boots they offer are very old and all the same flex! They'd give a 90 lb person and a 250 lb person the same flex boot! The skis are okay, if quite old, and pretty limited the two times I have gone in. The salesperson originally said they offered a wide variety of boots and skis, which seems highly misleading. Other locations might have better equipment."

"I stopped in Christy Sports to speak with someone about an issue I was having with my ski boots (big toe pressing up against the front of the boot). Derek listened to my issue and offered to mold the linings of my boot free of charge, despite having purchased my boots there over a year ago. I was so impressed by his knowledge, personability, and patience throughout the process. While I was waiting for him to come back with my heated liners, I overheard the two other representatives nearby speaking with the customers they were serving; it's clear that the company prides itself on exceptional customer service and individualized attention. I walked out with perfectly comfortable boots and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Thank you!"

"Came in here a couple times and got great service from everyone. Immediately greeted and helped by people who had a good knowledge. First time got helped by Christine, who was very kind and helped me equip up on the snow gear. Allie helped me with my rentals and remembered me when I came back and really made sure to find a good pair that fit well and helped me understand what I’m looking for. Then Rebecca helped me find a new pair of skis, boots, poles that worked well with the mountains around us and had a good overall knowledge of what to look for and what I needed. Will be back for any services and help."
