"This company has horrible customer service. I’ve had questions regarding sizing for some of their Polos and I’ve tried to contact them through email, Instagram and their website and they don’t respond to either source of communication. And if you go and try to call them out on their social media, they will delete your comment and report it as spam. So instead of trying to help you, they will sweep your concerns under the rug In hopes that no one finds out how bad their customer service. I don’t recommend shopping here. Response to their reply: All I know is I’ll use your guys messaging bubble on your website and no one ever responds. And it says that if there is a response I’ll also get an email. Never get an email. I sent you guys an instagram message and no response there either. I’d love to resolve the issue and get my questions answered. And in return delete this review."

"Awesome in-store experience. I’ve been purchasing from Pins And Aces for awhile online and was stoked to see they opened a retail store attached to their warehouse. They have the coolest golf gear in the game for sure. Plus you can snag a beer while shopping and they give 20% off in-store purchases along with getting a free ball marker. Can’t beat that. Best part is the sample rack deals at 50% off! And you can find some stuff that have been sold out on their site or haven’t been released yet! Will definitely be back soon, highly recommend if your looking for anything golf. Awesome place to shop for gifts as well."

"I ordered a polo for a friend’s birthday but after a few days I received a message indicating the shirt I ordered was actually out of stock due to an inventory error. I selected another polo and was promised it would ship immediately . Nope! I emailed after a few days asking when to expect the order and was told “it was shipped and you should receive it by the end of the week.” Nope! Again I emailed asking for information and was told agent handles all returns but was out of the office due to a family emergency. He promised to take care of it and indeed I saw new order information with what looked to be correct. So here it is two weeks after I ordered the polo but I still don’t have the order even though they charged my CC right after I placed the order. In addition, the polo will not make it for my friend’s birthday! Think twice before ordering…."

"It's always hard for me to find any golf apparel that I like, and even harder to find some that fits me. I ordered a "random" polo to try it out. Not only is the polo great looking, it fits perfectly. I'm tall and skinny, and most fit me way to baggy. Not this polo! Fantastic quality and design. Just ordered another."

Not only were my 1st (2) orders delivered promptly but my 3rd order arrived included a request that they were able to fulfill with a recently returned size that was sold out online. As long as the keep pumping out fresh designs I’ll be buying. I cannot recommend them enough. Every article of clothing I have received has been too notch. Avery with Customer Service was nothing short of amazing."
