"Nick was great to work with through the entire process. He did a wonderful job with the design and was happy to make modifications in order to make sure it met all my needs. The ordering and delivery process were seamless as well. There was some adhesive stuck on one of the cabinet doors that I wasn’t able to remove and Nick had a new door ordered and delivered at no additional cost. I would definitely work with Nick and Coggin Brothers again. Couldn’t be happier with how the kitchen turned out!"

"First they installed kitchen cabinets with flaking & chipping paint finishes within the first six months of install. When we asked them to replace the flaking cabinet doors, they then replaced only some of them and proceeded to install new doors that immediately began to warp. Now we are left with both flaking and warped kitchen cabinet doors. They don’t return calls and follow up to correct it. Don’t spend money with them and don’t depend on them."

"Trisha at Coggin Brothers is amazing. She was helpful when coming out and designing our new island. She had great input and paid such attention to detail. Unfortunately, that’s where my good review ends. The company was extremely difficult to work with after they had my money and the order was placed. My cabinets arrived on time, however, they said one was missing and would take 4 or more weeks to get. My contractor highly recommended having the other cabinets delivered to inspect. Trey- their delivery person was impossible to reach. I had to call multiple times over 2 weeks to get him to even return a call. Nobody in their office was willing to help me. Once I stalked him enough to even call back he was not willing to deliver cabinets until “all were in stock”. After much argument they agreed to deliver. After delivery and reviewing the purchase order I quickly realized all of the cabinets were with the order. This was 6 cabinets. Such a silly error on their end. When I called to inform them of the error and my situation nobody returned my call to even apologize. The bottom line is if you plan on using this company and paying a premium for cabinets DO NOT expect Better service or quality than a big box store."

"Coggin Brothers is one of my cabinetry go-to sources when starting a new build. Not only have I've been happy with the product, but their customer service is fantastic. I have worked with Taylor on a number of new homes. She is professional, detail oriented, patient with all my lists of countless details, and easy to get a hold of (which is a very important quality to me, since I have to work quickly). Even though I primarily work with Taylor, Norm (One of the owners), has also been involved in many of these projects. I know that his involvement is due to how they are personally invested in making sure every single kitchen and bathroom they provide cabinetry for is up to their high standards. I feel comfortable recommending Coggin Brothers to any client, knowing they're going to do a great job."
