"I worked with Iris at CA Closet - Denver. This was our second time working together. . She designed a mudroom and master closet for my new home. I am thrilled with the results !! Both designs are beautiful!! Barry and Caleb installed the mud room in one day and were professional, friendly and took pride in their work. Caesar and Caleb installed my master closet which took four days! They went above and beyond! One day they basically hauled all the materials required for the job up the stairs. They took care to cover my hardwood floors and were very respectful of my property. They worked diligently and hardly took any breaks. They were a great team and I would welcome them back to my home anytime. A BIG shoutout to them, Barry and Iris at CA Closet!!"

"Could not have had a more disappointing experience. I went with CC because I wanted a high end quality finish and the best looking closets. My experience was based on a master walk in closet, and 4 bedroom closets (3 of which were walk in), so this was an expensive endeavor. I have a lot of grievances but to summarize; - my designer was unprofessional and rude (so much so that I very nearly went with another company part way through), not to mention there were some design flaws that were only apparent after install that I think she should have known. - the quality is not there, particularly for closets done in white (see picture - multiple shades of white for closet vs trim & other pieces that look terrible). There were multiple chips in the finish and honestly doesn't look like anything better you could do from Home Depot which is highly disappointing, especially given the price tag. - the install was a complete joke. Install took 6 or 7 attempts over 5 months. Each installer that came out had no idea what needed to be done, left, and then I was back in the queue for another installer (another 3-4 weeks) and the cycle would repeat. Zero customer service or support to get our project finished. Save yourself the heartache and go with ANY other company."
