"This was my first time using this salon. Everyone was friendly when I came in. I had made an appointment a week prior. It was over a half an hour before I was seated. I told the lady who was doing my nails that I needed/wanted tips. She told me they didn’t have time. I understand closing time and all but my appointment was made at 5:30 and they don’t close until 7. I showed up on time. I don’t think it’s very professional to make someone wait that amount of time and then deny services based on their tardiness. I don’t know why salons double book like this but I was NOT happy. What’s the point in making an appointment? That being said, my nails did turn out nice and the lady that did them took her time. The salon also appeared clean. I’m not sure I’ll be returning."
